Founder and owner of the company with many years of experience in management, projects and development work, from the grassroots to the international networks. Initiator of several projects aiming at employment creation among immigrant women in Sweden and women from rural areas in Tanzania. Principal at two Swedish Folk High Schools for almost twenty years, teacher and teacher trainer, collaborator in and leader of the Tandem Project in Tanzania. Development leader at the Swedish Agency for flexible learning, project collaboration with the University of Gothenburg, International assignments. External project reviewer at the Swedish International Programme Office

Joyce can

  • Develop and manage projects within fields of entrepreneurship and integration as well as sustainable development in third world countries.
  • Design profitable business partnership with Tanzania in the fields of environmental technology and small scale industries.

Urban can

  • Analyze needs for structural changes in the organization
  • Give advice and support in difficult staff matters
  • General adviser and dialogue partner in the work as principal/ school leader.
  • Mentor/coach for new principals
  • Solidarity work with schools in third world countries, first and foremost in Tanzania
